15-Day Detailed Training ProgramPermanent Beauty Spa

Day 1 — Entering the profession & professional mindset
● Goal: eliminate fear, build a solid foundation, and understand how the profession works.● Introduction to the PMU industry, techniques, zones and career opportunities.● Artist responsibility, safety standards, full workflow from consultation to aftercare. ● Workspace organization, consumables overview and hygiene checklist.● Practice: workspace setup and correct artist posture.
Day 2 — Skin, depth & safe work
● Goal: understand why results depend on skin, not just technique. ● Skin layers, skin types, correct pigment depth, trauma recognition, migration causes and common beginner mistakes.● Practice: depth simulation on artificial skin.
Day 3 — Machines, needles & hand control
● Goal: confidently control the machine.● Machine types, needles, voltage selection, insertion angle, skin stretch and safety rules.● Practice: dry hand positioning and ball exercises.
Day 4 — Pigments & color theory
● Goal: stop guessing color.● Color wheel, undertones, pigment selection, neutralization and mixing rules.● Practice: pigment mixing and artificial skin testing.
Day 5 — Hand positioning & strokes
● Goal: build confident technique.● Hand biomechanics, pressure and speed control, stroke types.● Practice: balls, bananas and artificial skin.

Day 6 — Structured artificial skin practice
● Goal: systematize technique.● Clean gradients, even saturation and symmetry control.
Day 7 — Brow architecture
● Goal: create individualized brow shapes.● Face analysis, symmetry and mapping.● Practice: mannequins.
Day 8 — Brows practice
● Goal: professional brow procedures.● Technique and pigment selection.● Practice: mannequins.
Day 9 — Lips theory
● Goal: deep understanding of lip work.● Anatomy, contraindications and color selection.● Practice: artificial skin.
Day 10 — Lips practice
● Goal: confident lip execution.● Layering technique and saturation control.● Practice: artificial skin and mannequins.

Day 11 — Eyelids theory
● Goal: precision and safety.● Anatomy and lash enhancement logic.
Day 12 — Eyelids practice
● Goal: stable clean lines.● Practice: mannequins.
Day 13 — Live models introduction
● Goal: prepare for real clients.● Consultation, consent and safety.● Practice: supervised live model.
Day 14 — Live models full procedure
● Goal: confident independent work.● Full procedure and portfolio creation.
